Meta Business Account Required:

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account. Set only the variables for the platforms you use — Instagram needs INSTAGRAM_ACCESS_TOKEN and INSTAGRAM_USER_ID; the DM tools additionally need INSTAGRAM_MESSAGING_ACCESS_TOKEN and INSTAGRAM_PAGE_ID. Create a Meta Developer App at developers.facebook.com.
